We are a family run business that has turned over from many years in the hobby collecting exotic creatures, to now bringing our collection to be available to the public.

This sounds like a fairytale. Taking a hobby that you love and are so passionate about and creating a business with it. This is true for one of us.

See in actual fact my wife lucie has always been the collector and involved in the hobby. I am in actual fact scared stiff of our eight legged friends.

Everytime I left the house i would come back home and there would be another addition to the collection. I am sure she was trying to get rid of me.

But it never worked.  And I have been on this journey with her, and her growing collection for years. It has helped, and over time I have grown fond of the spiders.i can really appreciate them now.

I have taken the split section of lucies oddities. From my collection of all things bugs and reptiles, I have created the bug and slug man. This is our creepy crawly part of lucies oddities. 

We are both very passionate about our creatures. This has helped maintain our standards. All of our creatures are either personally sourced or bred with care.

Our collections are now available to the public. And you can be assured that our creatures are of a high standard.
